About Us
Here Since 2011. Recognised Twice. Accountable Always.
Network Capital Limited (RC No: 949815) was incorporated to do one thing: execute trades on the Nigerian Exchange and protect the people whose money we handle. We have held a physical presence on the NGX trading floor since 2011, built our reputation through disciplined compliance, and earned the title of Most Compliant Trading License Holder from the Nigerian Exchange — in both 2024 and 2025. Not once. Twice.
Our Story
From Crescent Capital Limited to Network Capital Limited - A Different Kind of Firm
Network Capital Limited, formerly known as Crescent Capital Limited, was incorporated to carry out the business of stockbroking, portfolio management, and allied financial services. We hold a full Trading License from the Nigerian Exchange Limited and are registered and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.
Our head office sits at 13 Maitama Sule Street, Southwest Ikoyi, Lagos — in the district where Nigerian finance operates at its highest level. From that office, a team of licensed dealing clerks, research analysts, relationship managers, and compliance professionals serves a growing base of individual investors, corporate clients, high-net-worth families, and institutional portfolios.
We did not grow by acquiring other firms or raising venture capital. We grew the way trust grows — one client at a time, one mandate executed correctly, one year of compliance standards maintained. The NGX noticed. We think you will too.
What We Believe
Three Principles That Have Guided Every Decision Since 2011
Compliance is not the cost of doing business. It is the business.
Every trade we execute, every account we open, and every document we file follows the rules because investors who trust us with their money deserve nothing less. The NGX Most Compliant award is a byproduct of that belief — not the goal.
Technology should make investing easier. It should never make it lonelier.
Nigeria's capital market is world-class. It deserves world-class service.
Nigeria’s capital market has delivered some of the strongest equity returns in Africa over the past decade. Nigerian investors deserve a stockbroker that operates at the same standard as Fidelity, Schwab, or Interactive Brokers — with the local market knowledge that none of them have. That is what we are building.

Our Vision
To be the stockbroker that Nigerian investors — at home and abroad — recommend without hesitation. The firm whose compliance record sets the benchmark, whose research is read before the market opens, and whose Relationship Officers are remembered by name a decade after the first trade.
Our Mission
To grow and protect the wealth of every client we serve by executing every mandate with discipline, treating every naira with the same care we would treat our own, and matching world-class operating standards with the local market knowledge that only fifteen years on the trading floor can build.
Our Core Values
Integrity
We handle every client instruction, investment mandate, and transaction with honesty and accountability. For us, integrity means doing what is right even when it is not convenient — ensuring that client funds, securities, information, and expectations are treated with the highest level of responsibility. In a market where trust is everything, we are committed to protecting that trust in every interaction.
Ethics
As a regulated capital market operator, we understand that our decisions must go beyond profit. Ethics guide how we deal with clients, regulators, market counterparties, and the investing public. We are committed to fair dealing, confidentiality, transparency, regulatory compliance, and avoiding practices that could compromise our clients or the integrity of the market.
Compliance
Compliance is not an afterthought in our business; it is part of how we protect clients, strengthen trust, and support market integrity. We operate with respect for applicable rules, regulatory expectations, internal controls, reporting obligations, and approved market procedures. Our commitment to compliance helps ensure that client transactions are handled responsibly, transparently, and in line with the standards expected of a regulated capital market operator.
Continuous Learning
The capital market is constantly changing, and so are the needs of investors. We invest in learning, research, technology, regulatory updates, and staff development so that our operations and client support remain relevant. Continuous learning helps us serve both experienced investors and first-time market participants with clarity, confidence, and up-to-date knowledge.
Efficiency
We value our clients’ time. From onboarding and mandate processing to account updates, trade execution, and client service requests, we are committed to reducing unnecessary delays and making our processes clearer, faster, and easier to follow. Efficiency for us means combining human support with better systems, so clients can act on opportunities without avoidable bottlenecks.
Accuracy
In securities trading and investment administration, small errors can have serious consequences. That is why we place strong emphasis on accuracy in client records, trade mandates, settlement details, reports, regulatory filings, and communication. We verify information carefully, maintain proper documentation, and work to ensure that every transaction is handled with precision.
